Shipping cost and tax

For international orders, please be aware that upon delivery, there may be duties, fees, and import taxes imposed by your local customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid to your local carrier or government to facilitate the receipt of your order. Please note that these fees are not collected by us, and unfortunately, we are unable to refund any additional duties, fees, or import taxes incurred.

Refund Policy
We typically do not offer refunds, except in rare cases where the artwork has been damaged during transit. If your item arrives damaged, please contact asiyahpanjuart@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving the item, and provide images of the damage. Orders with the wrong address will not be issued refunds or replacements.
